Terms of Service (Effective January 2026)

These Terms govern the use of the Kerberos Documentation Hub ("Service"). By accessing our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.  The document defines permitted use, liability limitations and legal responsibility for all users.

 1. Acceptance of Terms

Accessing or using the Service constitutes your agreement to these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any provision, please do not use this website.  These Terms apply equally to all visitors regardless of jurisdiction.

 2. Scope and Purpose

The Kerberos Documentation Hub provides educational materials and security guides related to the Kerberos darknet market.  No transactions or listings are hosted here. The Service operates for information and research purposes only.

 3. Prohibited Activities

  • Using the Service for illegal acts or promotion of criminal activity.
  • Attempting to inject, alter or tamper with source code or PGP keys.
  • Engaging in data harvesting or fingerprinting visitors through scripts.
  • Sharing false or malicious Kerberos mirror links to impersonate official sources.

 4. Liability Disclaimer

The content is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We accept no responsibility for user actions, decisions or legal risks arising from improper use of Kerberos documentation. We are not liable for financial loss, data compromise, or third‑party content errors.

 5. Intellectual Property

The Kerberos brand, logo, design elements, and documentation are intellectual property under fair use and educational licensing.  You may mirror the site for archival purposes but must maintain original credit and integrity of the content.

 6. Jurisdiction

The Service operates under European Union and international cyber law principles governing open documentation projects.  Disputes shall be subject to Dutch law unless otherwise required by mandatory regulation. The official revision date is January 2026.

 7. Amendments and Termination

We may revise these Terms periodically without prior notice. All changes will be PGP‑signed and published on the kerberos‑shop.com domain.  Continued use after revisions implies acceptance of the new terms. We may suspend the Service for maintenance or legal reasons without liability.

 8. Contact and Legal Notice

Inquiries related to these Terms may be sent PGP‑encrypted to kerberos@protonmail.com using the public key listed on the PGP Settings page.  We do not respond to unencrypted messages for security reasons.
